Each Rarity has a different Commission for each level it pays out on. When we add all the levels for each Rarity, we get a Total Payout Bonus. The Total Bonus represents the maximum Commission paid out to your network for each sale.

Now let's take a look at an example. If you have a Mythic Rarity, you will earn on all 7 levels of sales. You would make 35% on Direct Sales, 10% on Secondary Sales, and 1% on your Tertiary to Septenary Sales!

If 25 people used your Cash Back Code the total revenue generated would be 25 sales x $95 for a total of $2,375. However, due to the Levels and Network effects, you can earn vastly more than **$2,375**.&#x20;

Let's look at the breakdown. Let's assume a $95 Personality NFT cost, a $10 Cash Back, and a 15% Admin Fee. So, each direct sale's commission is $25, secondary sales are $7, and all others are $0.72.

Now, let's look at an example. Imagine you sell to 25 people who only sell to 5 people each, and so on, for 7 levels deep.

You can Upgrade your Personality NFT's Rarity at any time by purchasing a Rarity Card and selecting the Upgrade option.

The Upgrade will Swap the Rarity and Yield.

### Immutable Data vs. Mutable Data

Each Personality NFT has both Immutable and Mutable Data, making it very easy to Buy, Sell, Transfer, Upgrade and Downgrade your NFT.

#### Immutable Data

This is Data that never changes and follows the NFT.

1. **Mint Number**: This is a unique ID of when you minted your NFT
2. **Discount Code:** Your Discount Code will never change.
3. **Earnings**: Earnings always go to the Address that holds the NFT.
4. **Referral Code:** If a referral code was used during purchase, it will be added to the metadata and be immutable.

#### Mutable Data

This is Data that can be changed and updated.

1. **Personality Traits:** Can be updated after purchasing an NFT or transferring an NFT.
2. **Rarity**: Can be upgraded and downgraded using a Rarity Card.
3. **Yield**: Can be upgraded and downgraded using a Rarity Card.
4. **Earnings Amount**: Updated as earnings increase.

### Selling Rarity vs. Selling Earnings

There are two components that you can sell. You can sell your level of Rarity or you can sell the Earnings of the NFT. If you want to sell the Rarity, simply downgrade your NFT and sell the higher Rarity Card.

### What Happens when your Sell or Transfer your NFT

When a Personality NFT is sold or Transferred, the personality data is no longer valid, and the new owner can update the Personality NFT according to their Personality Test Results.&#x20;


# Keeping your Traits

## Can I Sell My Personality NFT and Keep my Traits?

Yes! After you sell your Personality NFT, the new owner will need to update their traits.&#x20;

Now, if you log in via email this will allow you to restore your traits by purchasing a Personality NFT and updating it. Alternatively, you can buy a 2nd Personality NFT first, update it and then sell the left-over NFT.

Here below is an example of someone who owns two Personality NFTs. The second was transferred in or purchased on OpenSea and now he can update his Personality Data which will make the cards look the same.&#x20;

The goal of the Community Tokens is to reflect the value that the community is creating and to reward and incentivize its members to continue creating value for the community. In this way, we are creating a Virtuous Cycle that lifts all boats.

## How Creators are Supported

Creator economy is supported at every level from idea inception to team formation to MVP creation to testing, launching and sales.&#x20;

#### Here is an example of how Builders can create new products:

1. **Find your Team:** You can find people who share your Goals and Values in Playground and who can help you.
2. **Build for the Community:** Using Polls, Questions, Posts, etc you can discover what your community needs.
3. **Design a Prototype:** Create a prototype and discover if you're solving a painful problem.
4. **Build an MVP:** Build out the Minimum Version of your product and sell it right into the community that has been helping you build it.
5. **Apply for Creator Pool:** Funds the community can provide you with
6. **Launch**: Launch into the Community.

#### This process can be applied when building a product, creating a workshop, making art, or even creating an experience in the Metaverse.


# Royalties

Proposed Model

Each Sale of a Good or Service in the Game of Life, such as the Purchase of a Personality NFT, or any other product or service offered by our members within the Game of Life to other members, will earn a Royalty for the Treasure DOA.

This Royalty will then be held as a reserve by our Treasure DAO. So whenever value is created and sold, our Treasure DAO owns a percentage of that transaction.

#### This will have the following effects:

1. Treasure DAO that is backed by a real business model.
2. Treasure DAO is backed by tangible assets and a claim on future earnings.
3. Treasure DAO that holds a basket of Eth/USDC/etc from Royalties.&#x20;
4. Treasure DAO that actively incentivizes value creation.


# How New Tokens are Created

Proposed Model

Each sale of a Good or Service within Game of Life will create a corresponding dollar value in tokens. For example, if a Personality NFT is sold for $100 USDC, then a $100 worth of Tokens will be created. In this way, all revenue generated via our Web3.0 sales will be reflected in the Tokens Created Automatically.

#### Now the created $100 worth of Tokens will be distributed to the community in the following ways:

1. Treasure DAO: \~51%
2. Staking Rewards Pool: \~15%
3. Creator Rewards Pool: \~15%
4. All Member Rewards: \~4%
5. Index Purchases: \~15%

## What does this mean?

Ultimately what we have is a Utility-Based Token that is backed by an Index of Cryptocurrencies and the future earnings generated by the community.

So for example, if Personality NFTs have a $100 price and $10 Royalty, here is what it the DAO holdings look like:

* Treasure DAO: $10 ETH (from Royalty)
* Treasure DAO: $51 Tokens
* Treasure DAO: $15 Index Purchase

So, the Token is now backed by $25 of Crypto Currencies and has $51 Tokens in reserves for a total value of $76 from this one transaction. The other $29 Token has been given back to the community for Staking, Creating, and just being holders.

## Revenue Sharing

New Tokens created are based on real sales and distributed to the community in a fair and transparent manner that incentivizes value creation.&#x20;

Since new tokens are created to match revenue this will inherently reward the community who holds the tokens for long periods of time (as they will earn more and more tokens) instead of speculators who are looking for a quick flip.

The newly created Tokens are similar to how a stock earns dividends. However, this should not be confused with a 'security', because it is not.&#x20;

Even with a small 10% Royalty, the generated Tokens have a basis of value based on sales and are backed by an Index of Cryptocurrencies.  The worst-case scenario is that sales decrease and crypto prices crash. Even in a worst-case scenario, the Price has a floor represented by the Index and the project will only be valuable if it's helping people. This is the true test of value.
